even younger than jesus at robischon gallery

installation view of

flower of life
and
collapsing virtual hologram of the present

flower of life is a looping video built from 1 years worth of footage taken from 2009-2010 and arranged in the flower of life, it embodies and visualizes the interconnected relationship between all things

collapsing virtual hologram is an interactive video installation in which viewers see themselves represented in an eight-fold rotationally symmetric video-mandala and can move about and interact with the artwork live. it is meant to bring about a state of awareness about the present moment and cultivate mindfulness. eight fold rotational symmetry can be found in nature when viewing dna from above and certain virus structures also contain this pattern

currently on view at robischon gallery as a part of 'even younger than jesus'
